Important Announcements!

[Indranil Bora]

Alright so if you had missed today's meeting, there are two primary
events you need to be aware of.

1. SPRING STATE
Logistics:
4/8-4/10 (2-night stay)
Santa Clara Marriott (the "close" one)

As Kathleen mentioned in a previous email, this is the BIGGEST
convention of the year for Lynbrook. This is also the LAST convention
of the year! Everyone should be going (more like everyone IS
going ;D ).

So if you are planning on attending Spring State....
The following needs to be done by TONIGHT:
1. Reply back to me if you're going
2. Sign up on www.jsa.debateware.com immediately after you reply so
that you don't forget. We'll be using the list of people who replied
and the people who actually signed up on debateware to make sure
everyone is officially registered online for Spring State.

The following needs to be turned in during next week's club meeting
(3/14):
1. JSA Permission Slip (look in Files)
2. Lynbrook Permission Slip (look in Files--that pic file). This needs
to be turned in during next week's meeting! No exceptions.
3. Check made out to Jie Sun ($135). Discounts will be figured out
later by Andy once everyone has signed up for debating or moderating
in the future (email on that will come within the next few weeks).

2. FOOD CLUB DAY
We need people to help us out during this week's food club day (3/11).
There will be four divided time shifts, with at least one officer
present at each shift. We are selling Pinkberry once again, so come
help us out! I hear helping out at food club day is a wise idea if
you're running for an officer position for next year...but no one
cares about officer positions anyways right? You should all help out
just because you are all such wonderful people.



If anyone has any questions about anything regarding Spring State,
Food Club Day, or JSA in general, just let me know.
