Assistance needed building JTDX for RPi4 but CMake isn't finding libusb.h

I've taken on the task of building JTDX for RPi4 AARCH64, or specifically, Ubuntu on RPi4 but I've hit a snag with it failing to locate libusb.h, and a bit of googling suggests that there's an issue over naming of the -dev but I'm out of my depth here.  Do we have any experts with CMake, ideally on Ubuntu and AARCH64, who might be able to assist please?

(Some sort of screenshare might be the best way to demonstrate the problem.)
