Invitation to Hammersmith meeting to discuss Ofcom proposals, Friday, 14th July 2023

If you’ve been in the usual ham radio media channels recently you’ll know that Ofcom have announced a consultation on significant changes to the licensing conditions. Some of the proposals seem sensible but some are going to be controversial.  You can see the Ofcom material at https://www.ofcom.org.uk/consultations-and-statements/category-2/updating-amateur-radio-licensing-framework

This Friday's meeting of Hammersmith Amateur Radio Society will be discussing this and as there's a bit of an overlap in membership and certainly an overlap in interests the invitation is extended to licensed (as you'll need to be familiar with the current regime) members of LHS Radio Club.
