Foundation License Course / Materials

Hello - I am moving to London in a couple weeks and would love to start working on my foundation license. From looking on RSGB this looks to be the closest club to me which also mentions it offers courses or help in prepping for the foundation exam. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks!

First of all are you seeing the club address as Wembley or Hackney Road, because we're struggling to get the RSGB to update our address to the current site in Wembley everywhere on their website, and at this rate we'll have moved on again before they meet their obligations under GDPR to maintain accurate data.  Whereabouts in London will you be living?

We're not currently running courses as such because we no longer have a classroom, but we can offer mentoring and Q+A if you choose to do it yourself.  Buying the coursebook is a must and since the requirement for practical assessments was dropped many people have passed with just a short period of self-study.

Although members can use the shack at any time, we meet as a group on the first Saturday of every month from 14:00 to about 16:00, and the next meeting will be on August 6th.  Ideally let us know beforehand if you're coming for the first time and we'll make some time to introduce you.
