Upgrading Firmware on Motorola GM340 Radios

Hi All,
I was wondering if there was anyone locally (ish) that could upgrade the firmware on a Motorola GM340.
The process is documented here but requires a RIB box and a couple of other cables and adapters. RIB boxes are £20, and the adapters can be made fairly easily, but its a fair amount of effort for one radio so I'd rather flash one, see how I get on with it and then see if I want to commit to gathering the bits to flash more.
