Radio Club Membership

Hi everyone!

I am a very new member of London Hackspace and I want to become a member of London Hackspace Radio Club to be able to visit radio shack by myself without bothering anyone else(and obviously to take part in activities and to help to improve the shack). I've been on one club meeting at the end of last year and I've spoke with JJ and if I understood correctly -- the easiest way to become a member is to get a Radio License. So recently I've passed an exam and got one. Is there anything else required to become a member?

Also, taking this opportunity to ask: Will there be anyone in radio shack on 29-th or 30-th of January?

Hey, congratulations!  Do you have a callsign yet and can you remind us whereabouts you live?  Do I recall it's somewhere northwest central like Maida Vale as there are a few members in that area.

I can't speak for anyone else but as it stands I'm tied up this weekend but a bunch of us (marrold, nigle, myself and possibly others) are planning to meet on the following Saturday as it's a regular meeting date, and then to aim for two meetings a month after that.  We're overhauling the paperwork but we'll try to organise something for you one way or another as soon as possible.

(Sorry about this month but marrold had previous commitments and I unexpectedly had two weekends in isolation due to Covid - I've had worse colds which I put down to being fully vaccinated but a work colleague had it like a really nasty flu and is still off after three weeks, so don't let your guard slip.)
