About 21h after the power failure last night, the beam is now back
into the LHC. Yes, I spend way too much time watching page 1.

Also note Page 1 is now showing an intensity graph like on Status Op
(although no BRAN counts are shown). However, the I(Bx) numbers at the
top still seem to show any number they want!
For some pictures relating to yesterday's power failure, the progress
report has some. Looks like something got fried pretty well...
