[proposal][patch] allocate same short cut key to different works by context

Hi,

I often type 'UTRun %' on the 'test' script and press <F7> on the 'tested'
script. However, I got often the following error message by mistakenly
pressing <F7> on the the 'test' script.

Use :UTRun and not :source on this script

I hope that <F7> works also on the 'test' script, recognizing context.
I would like to propose a patch to achieve such hope. The attached patch is
against UT-0.0.3.
