Josh quickly pointed out yet another insufficiently-tested part about
the collision warning this morning, and over Kate literally climbing up
my leg to smash buttons on the keyboard, I fixed this and uploaded a
new version, 0.0.18.2.

In 0.0.18.1, certain kinds of opp-moves are incorrectly reported as
collisions.

Also, I think Josh is work-bound (i.e. he doesn't play at work, the
piker :-), so if people are eager for speedier mayhem, we might start
another game.

Do we need to upgrade to 18.2 to play? Or can we just ignore stupid
warnings?

Well, the bug reports on the warnings will be lots more useful if you have the newest version.

However, it's a minor revision number, so the data format is identical---you'll just get a handful of bogus collision warnings.

Is the download too slow or irritating?

It's a 15 minute download, and I need to uninstall the old version, install
the new, and then redo my preferences. Not too slow and irritating to do
once a month, but too slow and irritating to do twice in one day. I'm
grouchy. It's pagan bitterness day. :-)

You can just install over your old version, and your prefs should remain.

I'll give you the big warning when I've issued something that destroys your prefs.

(NOTE: I plan to issue new versions every 37 minutes between now and Friday.)

I didn't think the download was too long. But then, I'm never online
for just 15 minutes and half an hour feels like 5 minutes to me.
