The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is the executive leader for the strategy of Resource Center Dallas (RCD). The CSO drives a robust strategic process, along with the direction/vision of the CEO and Board and input and involvement from the executive leadership team and other internal and external stakeholders. The CSO will research and assess external influences impacting RCD; emerging and ongoing gaps in community services; and identify opportunities for and create fundable and sustainable programming and services. The CSO must align funding sources with existing and emerging programs so that sustainable funding is developed and maintained for programs. The position reports to the CEO and works closely with the Director of Development to coordinate the implementation of funding strategies. The CSO supervises the Communications and Advocacy Manager and other staff as required.  |
