This week we got answer, not from President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenka,
but from deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Patrishenko. Mr.
Patrishenko wrote:

Your message addressed to President Lukashenko was considered.
Belarus is developing relations with Moldova in the political, economic,
cultural and other spheres of mutual interest.
One of the principles of relations, Article 18 of the Constitution of
Belarus, is the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of
other countries.
We believe that Moldovan citizens have the Right to appeal actions of its
officials in the manner prescribed by national and international law.

Full text of answer attached.

We hope that President Lukashenka will also use national and international
law in Belarus.
