Re: Why update your Asset Management Policy? Posted: 20 Nov 2012 07:39 PM PST Further to the previous question, I can't see any value in including a sunset clause in an AM Policy. I can understand the use of a sunset clause where a party or interest group have reservations about the content of the policy/legislation, and want to make sure any detrimental clauses cannot be retained indefinitely against their wishes.
