One question we might want to consider soonish is how formal we want to be about admin'ing here.
I.e., are we cool with just setting up Subversion and giving SSH keys for everyone? Or do we want to use a repo/bug tracker?
Any thoughts?

I think we should get a bugzilla instance up and running for this. So that we can file bugs, etc.
