Project Administrative Assistant
Department of Public Facilities
The REQUIRED Town of Lexington application must be received in the Town’s Human Resources Department. This position is open until filled with priority given to applications received by July 3, 2024.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of Department of Public Facilities (DPF) Office Manager, the Project Administrative Assistant will assist the DPF with project documentation, maintain the DPF webpage, and database management for the Town’s 20-year capital plan.

TRAINING & EDUCATION
Education: High School diploma, Associates Degree preferred, or related field with a minimum of five years of professional work experience. Knowledge of Excel and pivot tables is required.
Training: Preference will be given to candidates with a background in project management, experience maintaining websites, Excel expertise, knowledge of Bluebeam, or other technology-based construction management software such as project scheduler, costing analysis, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is performed in a normal office environment not subject to extremes of temperature, noise, odor, etc. Operates computer, printer, photocopier, fax machine, telephone, and other office equipment. Work requires extended periods of sitting, reaching, typing, and mousing, which requires eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
