FYI for our seniors who may want to take advantage of the program.

The guidelines seem to have disappeared from the Community Center website, but they may be found on page 9 of The Sage.

Also, no longer on the Com Ctr website is the short list of state property tax exemptions, e.g., the circuit breaker.  

There is a link to the Senior Tax Deferral Program.

This information may come in handy for the debt exclusion vote.

BTW, are all the Town websites being updated and to some extent redesigned?

The range of tax relief programs are listed on the Assessors department web page. This includes links to the senior tax deferral program and to CPA surcharge exemptions and a general guide to property tax relief programs:
