trouble connecting to internet

We haven't been able to get it to connect to our home network. It
finds it in the neighborhood, asks for the password, and then doesn't
connect. It also
says that it has connected to the mesh network (whatever that is), but
then we still don't seem to be connected. Any advice?

I received this link although not the computer itself! This morning I received an email apologizing that XO won't arrive before Christmas but will arrive before January 15th.

As soon as ours get's unwrapped on Christmas Day, I'll give it a try.

P.S.  The mesh network is a self organizing wireless network of XOs that isn't necessarily connected to the Internet.  The idea is that if there is another XO (or lots of other XOs) in your vicinity, then they can communicate with each other for things like file sharing and perhaps video conferencing.  -- HF
