notification email details?

I ordered mine on 11/13 and have heard nothing, neither email
nor package. I just saw that someone who ordered on 11/22 got
theirs. Paypal confirms that the money was sent.

Can someone who got either the "sorry yours will be late" or
the "yours is coming" email forward some of the message
(including especially the From: field and the Subject: field)
so I can search better to see if I accidentally ignored the
message?
