Complex expressions

Hello,

I was wondering whether it is possible to look up complex expressions.
It would be great to be able to find out the word frequency of expressions like neither...nor or German weder...noch but it seems that as soon as there is lexical material in between both words, there are no results to be found.

Indeed, the databases on Lexique.org were obtained  after tokenizing texts (keeping only items separated by whitespaces, and counting them).

What you are looking for is called a "concordancier" : it is a tool with a database of sentences, that will list the sentential context in which given words occur.

So the bottom line is that you need a corpora of sentences; then you can use a tool like 'grep' to search for regular expressions.

No we used Cordial analyseur to tokenize the corpus. Some compound remain ("a posteriori") and some other not.

We also had a search in corpus feature in the old web site but we did not update it to the new website yet.
