Most of the people I work with have seen the BIM Execution Plan I
wrote. This document was originally written to coordinate
Architectural, Structural and MEP efforts in Building Information
Modeling. I have since revised it to synchronize with the BIM
Addendum from ConsensusDocs to add contractual support for Building
Information Modeling. So far it has been a good basis for
collaboration on several jobs. I'd like to open the document up and
try to open-source the content a little.

Also I have written several versions of a content creation spec. This
document is likely to be obsolete within a year as I have learned that
Robert Weygant of CSI is writing a book for Wiley & Sons that will
standardize a lot of what is in my document. In the meantime, I'd
appreciate any input you might have concerning that document as well.

I've uploaded both documents to the Files section of this site. I'd
love to have some discussion about these if people have the time.

Thanks,
Kell
