Weekly Notes: Sessions 30 and 31 - May 4'th 2025

Please find the notes below for the last 2 sessions.

Session on May 4'th 2025:

HHD "Rudrama Devi" Play

• The group practiced the play end-to-end. Gathering all the group was a challenge during the spring break so they were able to utilize all the time for the practice. 
• Kids will be busy this week with rehearsals leading up to the weekend.
• We are in the final stretch of the prep and looking forward to seeing the kids on stage (in Marlborough Middle School 3 - 8PM) on this Saturday May 10'th. 

Non-play participating kids' attendance was sparse (4 students) and most of them chose to head back home. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Session on April 27'th:

Slokas

Agasthya

• Only one student. Revised the first 4 shlokas from the sheet.
  

Vishwamitra

• Only one student - Revised Sri Ashtalakshmi Stotram and Sri Mahalakshmi Ashtakam
• Homework: Kids who already learned should practice every day by listening to the stotram. YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET8aS4KBerg

Vashista

• Vishnu Sahasranamam until 15.

Kashyapa

• Revised Shri Lalitha Sahasranamam stotram from 1 to 80'th
• Homework: All Kids to listen & practice Dhyanam & slokas 1 to 20 to recite at greater speed.

Yagnavalkya

• Shivanandalahari revision

Shaunaka

• Finished Sri Ganesha Pancharatnam

Language

Hindi (younger students)

• Covered Emotions (Bhavana) in Hindi like Hasna/Rona and several others.

Hindi (older students)

• Continued with parts of the body.
• Learnt about grains and spices.

Sanskritam

• Revision

Telugu 

• Finished Vemana Sathakam - poems through 13.
