Below are a few items of note from this week's news...
No School Friday, October 12
Friday, October 12 is a non contract day for PPS staff. This is
traditionally a day that many state education groups hold conferences
and meetings and school will not be in session.
GARDEN WORK PARTY SATURDAY
9:00 am - Noon
We need your help!
This Saturday, October 13th from 9am-12pm Lewis Learning Gardens is
going to have a fall clean up work party. Rain or shine! Please come
help us weed, prune, and clean up the space so that it is ready for
the classes at Lewis to use and learn from this school year. Your
time will be greatly appreciated! Bring your own hand tools if you
have them(pruners, gloves, weeding tools). If you are unable to
attend this work party but would like to get involved, please email me
or leave a message with the office.
