For those of you that caught the drum circle at Lewes beach on Sunday- what a fantastic time! Salisbury's circle has alot of growing to do and needs your support. Please visit next Sunday, June 6 at the City Park by the big water fountain on E. Main Street. Drums not required.

Also, anyone traveling up to the Lewes Beach drum circle from Salisbury is welcome to ride with me for the next one on June 13

Rt12 and Main Street

**In the case of inclement weather, drumming will be held at the UU Fellowship 2812 Old Ocean City Road**

Drum circles facilitate mindfulness and is a from of moving meditation. A drum circle unites people of all ages through rhythm of collective consciousness. A drum circle unites people of all ages through rhythm of collective consciousness. Drum circles have developed into three main types: "culturally specific", such as Middle Eastern or West African groups, "facilitated circles" with drums from any culture, and "anarchic" circles - improvised communal drumming with no designated musical leader. Bring a drum or other percussion instrument or just come for the experience. Percussion instruments include but are not limited to hand drums such as djembes, bongos, doumbeks, tablas, tambourines, shakers, frogs, sticks, cymbols, even bells! Instruments are recommended but not required. This is a free event, donations to the UU are appreciated.
