That is why we offer systems-based training courses that help our customers make the most of Audatex technology, and skills-based programmes that teach best practice in repair assessment.

During the session, the trainer will guide delegates through the course material. Including new modules on wheel alignment and the next generation of Solera Audatex, with a mix of slides, videos, and discussion, there will be a trainer led assessment completed, where the trainer will be showing features within AudaEnterpriseGold & Qapter, with an open Q&A throughout.



The online training session will begin at 08.45am and will last approximately 4 hours, depending on the level of discussion and questions raised.


On completion of the training session a multiple-choice test and a final assessment will be completed by the delegates. This assessment will then be marked by the trainer, and successful delegates will be provided with a certificate. If unsuccessful constructive feedback will be provided.


Upon course booking you will receive an email confirmation within 1 working day from the Sales and Training team with all the information you need to join the online session. The AudaNet Certification training is a 2 day classroom style course held across major cities on a demand basis. This course is ideal for new users and those who require a refresher on the solution. Upon successful completion, attendees receive certification of proficiency. Please see course outline link below for more details.


This course is being developed for those who have completed the AudaNet 2-Day Classroom Certification training and require a refresher or an updated Audatex Certification to be used as proof of competency in the use of the AudaNet platform.


Solera Technology Center (STC) is a Joint Venture between Audatex-Solera and Motor Insurance Research Centers. The Head Office is located in Munich, Germany with partners all over the world. Through close partnership, STC brings world-class products to Audatex clients and assist them to strengthen their competitive advantage in the local market.


STC training is one of the products that is brought into the local market with customization. STC also offers consulting services for automobile insurance companies about Repair Assessment, Risk Management, Rate Liberalization and Group Rating. Accident Reconstruction consulting is also available for insurers to identify the responsibilities of an accident and detect fraud. Supported by IT sophisticated software, STC can develop the reconstruction of the accidents, help insurers to determine the liability and save thousands or millions of dollars, in some cases.


Collision repair appraisal is closely related to vehicle repair technology. Nevertheless, information asymmetries often exist between insurance companies and repair shops, making it challenging for assessors to conduct an appraisal based on appropriate and fair repair cost estimation.


Aiming at helping insurance assessors to tackle the above mentioned challenges, the Audatex STC training was introduced with collaboration with global renowned research institutes. After two years of research and localization, the course is enriched with a large number of local case-studies. It is a first of its kind technology focused insurance assessor training course offered in Asia.


Learn the ins and outs of a gas-to-electric car conversions at the Legacy EV Fundamentals Certification Bootcamp. Learners will mount, wire, program, commission, tune, and practice fault finding in various EV systems using fully functional EV training benches. High Voltage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is demonstrated and used in this class during hands-on exercises.

As a supplement to our Auto Estimatics program, we are pleased to offer a library of video resources for a 90-day subscription. The library is intended for students to access as self-paced learning prior to attending the classroom program and remains available as a resource approximately sixty days following completion of their program. It is intended as both a pre-study and initial support resource after the class as students begin to apply their classroom learning in their role as adjuster or estimator. The 90 total days of access to the videos should give sufficient time and information to help you adapt to your new position. This course teaches students what they need to know to write estimates on Heavy Equipment. The heavy equipment will include bull dozers, backhoes, cranes and graders. The final two days cover topics for both types of equipment.


The course is designed for the student that is well versed in writing estimates and wants an edge and insight into the quickly emerging Hybrid and Electric vehicle market that is approaching worldwide.


We use images of vehicles, other visual aids and provide detailed information about the damage to the vehicle. This enables the student to generate damage estimates on these Hybrid and Electric vehicles and understand the safety and knowledge needed to write and repair these vehicles. This two day course will review the drivetrain options, ever changing battery technology, and various types of vehicles including EV conversion market which will have special estimating techniques and ACV considerations.


After successfully completing this course, the student will have the skills and knowledge to prepare a complete and accurate electronic estimate using automated system data as well as a practical repair technique to estimate these vehicles as they come forward. In addition student will be introduced to the latest EV publications and increasing EV companies.


This two-day course is designed for those in the insurance and collision repair industries that will use an automated estimating program to produce damage estimates on Hybrid and Electric Vehicles. This course is offered for the student with moderate experience who will be generating thorough and accurate automated estimates from minor to complex collision and comprehensive damages.

Vale is an authorized trainer for Audatex, CCC ONE, and Mitchell Cloud programs.

Students attending this course will be trained on structural damage documentation and calculations.


Attendees must be capable of operating Windows-based programs. Due to the limited software information on these new vehicles a review of the estimating software and information will be used as it comes available. No actual estimating software selection is needed at the time of Registration.


Presentation combines classroom lecture, visual aids, and hands-on exercises. This program is performance-based; students perform practice estimates on each section of the vehicle (front, side, and rear impacts on outer body components). Each practice estimate is reviewed by the instructor and students at the vehicle, culminating in a graded test estimate.
