ReadError: Database is not open

Hi, i am using levelDB for my nodejs express app. I have sucessfully stored  data in db but getting this "ReadError: Database is not open" while fetching.

when i am fetching data from the file where i have defined data path and all, i am sucessfully retreiving it, but when i am fetching data from different file where db path are not defined, i am getting this error.

Any help would be appreciated.
