Dll Could Not Be Loaded

Ive suddenly been receiving this error out of no where, on every single project file I have. I have not updated in the past few days, I opened projects just fine within the past day, and now I can't access anything.

Signing out/in in any other order didn't solve the issue. Not sure if there is some issue with file syncing, even though none of the files are pulled from my Library, but figured I'd share what I found.

This comment saved me from losing a major project that i'd been working on all year. had the same thing happen and was completely lost as to how to get it back. So simple, yet so frustrating thank you!

I tried fixes suggested here and other places and nothing ever worked. I finally installed a previous Premiere Pro version - 2017.1.2 Release - and my project opened with no issues (when you are in Creative Cloud looking at Apps - you can no click on the drop down menu beside each App and install "Other Versions").

Hey there, if you open a new project and then go to File/Import and then select "sequences" it will let you bring in your old project piece by piece. You cannot import the whole corrupted project unfortunately. But at least if you have the sequences you will have all your "editing" work back.

1. I re-created the map-structure where the project folder was located from the beginning.

2. I went in to the auto-save-folder ("Adobe Premiere Pro Auto-Save") and tried opening every file one by one (starting from the latest version).

3. When I finally found a file I could open, Premiere Pro told me to relink files.

4. I looked at the file path for those files and recreated that path.

5. Then I moved the project folder back into that right path and opened the project file.

I renamed my root directory in win (drive letter -> "root directory" -> project-file). Previously it has been ok, but now I got the same message and issue mentioned here. Just renaming the "root directory" back and I was able to reopen the project.

I was in the process of loading some files onto the vault and then deleting the source files on the computer when asked if i wanted to. I had loaded the files onto the computer and deleted most of the files when i got an error message that said that it was write protected. I tried to press try again, ignore and cancel but i still got the same error message. I could also not quit the program normally so i forcefully stopped it with the task manager.

one quick recovery option would be to find in the system files the 2 files with the same name and the ending .idx and idx.bak so just copy the .idx file outside of the flash drive and delete in then from the system files

For 25days we have been uploading small videos in dropbox, and we have been able to watch them without any issue. From yesterday people started complaining to get this message that I believe have something to do with the JAVA atualization on mac's chrome, firefox and safari. Since I experience some difficulties also with my bank security. I was able to play the video on my ipad which have not been updated. If I shared a folder I get this message on the video, if I share just the video it does play, but I need to share a whole folder of videos. If i'm log in my account it play the video. I'm not sure if dropbox is experience any problem in the network. Really net a solution.

Same exact issue. VERY FRUSTRATING as I had 3 important time-sensitive .mov files that could not be viewed by my contacts. I wound up having to pay for a premium account on Vimeo so my videos could be uploaded/viewed. I got this error message when trying to view the linked folder on Safari on a Mac running OS 10.9.5.

So I sign in for a trial of the unlimited Amazon Cloud, yesterday, since the dropbox Brazil answer me that they are not a media player and people are supposed to download the video before playing it. Amazon have being fast upload and free for the first 3 moths, they don't have a password on the link, but I imagine this is a question of time, I sorry dropbox, but if you don't fix this issue you are going to loose a couple of clients....

It can display a lot of images of differents posts in different topics. Even other posts in the same topic can be loaded.

But some pictures are not loadable in some specific post, all pictures in that post seems to be misdeleted.

About 10 posts are influenced in my forum.

I am fairly new to sas. I have received a sas datafile from my work site and would like to work on analyzing it. I sent the data to myself via email (personal computer has SAS, computers at site do not), but when i go to open the data i receive the message "The format ____ was not found or could not be loaded" for all of the variables.

I am having this issue as well in a web map. "This layer could not be loaded." No specific layer is referenced, and it pops up VERY frequently. I need to turn it off 14 times before I can continue, and the cycle repeats often.

I have saved the map that gives me this message. Normally, when I get this message, the layer does not load at all, and if I were to save the map, it would save without this layer loaded into it and I would not continue to get this message.

We had the same issue and I believe I got to the bottom of it. It boils down to the itemid of the layers in the webmap not referencing an item in Portal. I suspect when you copy a webmap in AGOL Assistant from one Portal / AGOL to another and change the URLs only the URLs are changing but the itemid of the Map Image Layer for instance are not. The layers still load because they have the correct URL but the error message pops up because the itemid doesn't exist in your portal. The only solution I could see was to use AGOL Assistant to manually change the itemid to match the itemid of the layer in your portal.

The PDF is literally a single page Word document that I saved as PDF. I have tried quotes that I have, collateral from marketing, random PDFs downloaded online, etc. It shows that NASA sample or whatever one, but I have never found a PDF that actually works here.

Is there another way to embed a PDF file or is this it? Even this sample doesn't work, it's literally called "a simple pdf sample" and it's only text This one also, it's three words! neither work they all just say PDF could not be displayed.

I am honestly having the exact same problem. i have even gone ahead to remove all possible permission requirements that might bbe restricting file access on firebase. Yet, the famous pdf could not be loaded# still stays unmoved!! Please see my screenshots

@Tess , thank you for your suggestion to use the RESTQuery option. but, how do i then make the link dynamic so that depending on what row is choosen from my table, a different file is read?

I was using an instrument driver supplied with the Coherent Labmax TOP earlier today and it was working fine. Later in the day I would get messages that the ActiveX control was not properly initialized. On the front panel I see the ActiveX container says "Control could not be loaded" as below. I found this link which says to repair the Runtime engine. Oddly enough, I don't see the 2014 Runtime engine in my list of NI Software, does anyone know how to uninstall it or repair it?

For what it's worth I have used one of those before and found its USB connection method to be entirely too buggy to use. Ended up using a USB-to-Serial adapter and building my own set of driver VIs in order to get any amount of stability out of the device.

I've tried re-installing LabVIEW and restarting the computer, but this has not fixed my problem. I don't know why the run-time engine would effect it, but I linked to the article provided by National Instruments that suggests it as a solution.

Game fails to load, double clicking Warframe icon immediately results in error pop-up "..\Warframe\Downloaded\Tools\Windows\x64\EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll could not be loaded" Manually deleting the x64 folder from the Windows folder allows game to start, and pull down small amount of unknown updates.

Have verified/optimized download cache, deleted various combinations of folders, fully uninstalled/re-installed, removed all I could find from registry, issue persists. Issue began after Duviri Paradox dropped, and aside from not loading without manual deletion of the x64 folder, game is also EXTREMETLY slow to enter/exit missions, with wait times between railjack being upwards of 15 minutes.
