Live Home 3D is multi-platform home design software that helps anyone create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings. You will be amazed how easily, quickly and precisely you can lay out and furnish a room or an entire house, plan exterior and adjust the terrain.

House design visualization is automatically built once you switch from 2D to 3D view. Add and arrange furniture, paint walls and apply the materials, adjust the lighting and walk the interior in a realistic, beautiful, real-time 3D environment. You can easily apply the changes in the simple drag-and-drop workflow. Complete your house design using one of 12 customizable roof templates and 16 dormers.

The built-in library contains over 2,400 objects and over 2,100 materials. Drag and drop furniture, doors, windows and other objects from the library. Place them into the desired position and apply the materials in 2D or 3D. Set the exact size of a material tile to determine how much of the material is needed for your house renovation.

Recreate the landscape around your house with the help of advanced tools, such as Elevation Point, Elevation Line and Elevation Spline. Easily add pathways, driveways, cutouts and pools in just a few clicks.

The most complex roofs become reality thanks to the custom roof editing features. With the Building Block tools, you can easily create various construction elements, such as beams, stairs and even furniture.

Creating floor plans of any level of difficulty with no hassle has become a reality. With the diverse design tools, you can create a new floor plan or trace your own in Live Home 3D. Once it is ready, switch to the 3D view to see how it would look in real life.

Enjoy the highly realistic 3D mode of Live Home 3D, while working with furniture and decorations, painting walls and adding plants. Walk around your project to feel the atmosphere and try out your interior design concepts. The convenient Roof Assistant offers you 12 customizable roof templates to choose from.

You have full control over luminosity and color of any light source, and you can turn the lamps on and off when necessary. Setting the geolocation of your house, you can evaluate real light settings in your rooms at different times of day and plan your lighting scene accurately in advance.

Get high resolution snapshots and walkthrough videos of your interiors. Export a floor plan in PDF, JPEG, BMP, TIFF or PNG format. The snapshots of the 3D view can be exported to JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP and 360 Panorama JPEG. You may also set a camera path and record a 3D video walkthrough of the project, including 360 videos. 3D models can be exported to Collada, VRML, X3D, RenderMan, OBJ, FBX, SCN, SCNZ, glTF or USDZ format.

You can create any type of terrain with the Pro features unlocked. Easily adjust elevations and low lands, and add cutouts, pools and pathways. The app is perfect for garden layouts and yard design projects.

With the elevation view, you get the 2D side view of your project. This view is ideal for inserting panels, openings or niches into a wall or a roof side. It will also come in handy when arranging furniture or choosing the location for doors and windows.

A quick note about these photos: I love you muchly, but I am not a home blogger, and this is not a house tour. I hope these pictures give you an idea of our space and how it impacts our white wall satisfaction level.

Our last home had a very light, yellow based color that I loved, but all of our photos had a yellowish cast to them. I am still trying to decide what color to go with when we do get around to painting. I love to search color schemes on Pinterest!

We had white walls in a previous house with beautiful, unpainted cherry woodwork. And brown carpeting. It was lovely in the summer and autumn when the trees were lush and leaf shadows danced over the walls. However, we live in a cold climate and six months of brown and white indoors and brown and white outdoors could not be mitigated by any number of color pops. It just about drove me mad. When we moved, I painted everything in pale shades of grey-green and grey-blue and grey-lavender and I am a much happier person (though I still love cherry woodwork!)

After spending my formative and collegiate years in homes without being able to paint, I was determined once on my own to never have plain or white walls again. That being said, just shy of 20 years in to that, I greatly appreciate lighter and more neutral walls.

I have added colour with curtains, furniture, accessories and art. If I get bored it is easier to change acessories etc than repaint. I love it. The white is calming, peaceful. It also provides a great backdrop to the great views of parkland from every room in the flat/apartment.

The first step is to think about the kinds of help you need now and might want in the future. You can learn about home-based care and other services in your community and find out what they cost. Planning ahead also gives you time to set up your home to meet your needs as you age.

Another step is to consider any illnesses, such as diabetes or heart disease, that you or your spouse might have. Find out about how the illness could make it hard for someone to get around or take care of themselves in the future. Your health care provider can help answer your questions.

There are a variety of ways to make your surroundings safer and easier to manage so they meet your needs as you age. Go through your home room by room to identify potential problems and safety issues. First, correct any immediate dangers, such as loose stair railings and poor lighting, and then work on other ways to ensure you will be as safe as possible at home.

See the Worksheet: Home Safety Checklist (PDF, 251K) for suggestions to help you identify and remove hazards around the house. Keep in mind that it may not be necessary to make all of the suggested changes. It is important, however, to reevaluate home safety every so often as your needs change.

Are you worried that making changes might be expensive? You may be able to get help paying for repairs and safety updates to your home. Check with your state housing finance agency, social services department, community development groups, or the federal government for financial aid programs and discounts. You can also visit the Eldercare Locator or call 800-677-1116 for help finding resources.

If staying in your home is important to you, you may have concerns about getting around, being safe, and staying connected. Some of these activities become more challenging as you age. The resources below can help you find solutions.

Learn about community resources. Your local Area Agency on Aging, local and state offices on aging or social services, or your tribal organization may have lists of services. These organizations will be familiar with resources available in your community and may have tips for accessing them. Health care providers and social workers may also have suggestions. If you belong to a religious community, find out whether it offers services for older adults or ask for guidance from your pastor, rabbi, or other religious leader.

Be prepared for a medical emergency. If you have a serious allergy or medical need, talk with your doctor about whether you should get a medical alert ID bracelet or necklace. You might also consider an emergency medical alert system, which responds to medical and other emergencies via an electronic monitor that a person wears. The monitor alerts emergency personnel when a person becomes lost, falls, or needs urgent medical assistance.

Talk to a geriatric care manager. These specially trained professionals can help find resources to make your daily life easier. They will work with you to form a care plan and find services you need. Geriatric care managers can be especially helpful when family members live far apart. Your doctor or other health care provider may be able to recommend a geriatric care manager, or you can contact the Aging Life Care Association for a list of these professionals in your area.

Look into government resources. Federal, state, and local governments offer many resources for older adults and their families and caregivers. A good place to start is the Eldercare Locator, which connects older Americans and their caregivers with trustworthy local support resources. Visit the Eldercare Locator or call 800-677-1116.

An important part of planning is thinking about how you are going to pay for the help you need. Home-based services can be expensive, but they may cost less than moving into a residential facility, such as assisted living or a nursing home.

How people pay for care depends on their financial situation, their eligibility for assistance programs, and the kinds of services they use. People often rely on a variety of payment sources, including:

Not every house can withstand the long journey of shipping from the factory to the site. Prefab homes require sturdy materials to reinforce the frame for delivery. This makes them more durable than traditionally built homes, right out of the gate.
