new feature world.absorb + thanks to contributors

I'd like to announce a quite simple new feature in lettuce:

it's a cleaner way (IMHO) to put functions and classes in lettuce.world context

Oh, I also want to thank SO VERY MUCH everyone that has been
contributing SO MUCH with lettuce, from documentation to code, issue
tracking and creating tutorials...

It's so glad to see the python community growing on testing, and proud
to see lettuce being part of it, and to have people like you helping
all the time.
