Test conventions

So I've patched [1] Lettuce with a -r --random option that randomises the order of features and scenarios within features.

Just in the process of writing tests for the changes - tests for updates to the behaviour of lettuce.Runner - tests/functional/test_runner.py -= fine.

I can't seem to ack any existing tests that exercise lettuce.core.Feature.run (which is the other place the patch touches). 

Am I being obtuse?
