The two Deeds of Trust in the Manual apply as follows:

The September, 1892, Deed of Trust, covers the triangularly shaped
lot upon which the Original Edifice now stands.

The March, 1903, Deed of Trust, is one of a series of ten Deeds of
Trust that were used in 1903 and 1904 when purchasing the land upon
which the "excelsior extension" now stands.

The 1898 Deed of Trust, which Mrs. Eddy employed to bring The
Christian Science Publishing Society into existence, pertains
exclusively to that Society and that Society's assets and land
holdings. As each of the new members of the three member Board of
Trustees was appointed and took his place upon that Board of
Trustees, the incoming member signed his name at the bottom of the
Original 1898 Deed which created said Society. This practice
continued until the fraudulently complexioned five member Church
Directorate forced the Publishing Trustees to discontinue their Suit
in Equity by creating a financial embargo around the Society,
thereby forcing the Trustees to abdicate to the Directors.

Since the end of the "Great Literature Litigation" none of the
successive members of the Society's Board of Trustees signed onto
the 1898 Deed that created the Society. The entire system of
'checks and balances' that Mind set in place by way of Mary Baker
Eddy's implicit and explicit performance of unquestioned obedience
and intelligently responsive conduct to the divine impulse of Mind,
has been completely undermined and set aside in favor of an
homogeneous blunder of cosmic scope and seriousness!

Mind's triune and symbolic earthly tabernacles reflective of the
triune Principle, Love, Truth, and Life, is in shambles after having
been so majestically established by none other than the divinely
inspired and directed actions of Mary Baker Eddy, when functioning
within her office as FOUNDER!

LOVE's symbol is the Original Edifice, as typified by the gold
letters over the Arched Doorway leading into Mother's Room that
read: L O V E . . . .

LIFE'S symbol is The Christian Science Publishing Society, which
carries the Scripture across its facade: " The Lord gave the word:
great [was] the company of those that published [it]." Ps. 68:11.
[TAKE NOTE: "company" not "Church"] Whereas, Mother's Church
"rests upon . . ." the Publishing Society generates "proceeds from"
the business it conducts in generating income for the Church, as the
masculine is expected to do for the feminine!

TRUTH'S symbol is Branch, or Child, as typified by First Church of
Christ, Scientist, Concord, New Hampshire, the natural and normal
healthy outcome of the feminine and masculine symbols at Boston,
being in perfect balance and equipoise with the Publishing House
turning over its business generated "proceeds" twice each year to
The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, which "rests upon"
the divine Principle, Love, and no longer receives Per Capita Tax
from a world-wide membership, but relies, exclusively, upon "the
congregation which worships in said edifice" for its working capital
which is supplemented twice each fiscal year by the "proceeds from .
. . ." the business being generated by The Christian Science
Publishing Society.

The Concord Branch is the ONLY Branch in the world wherein the name,
Mary Baker Eddy has been completely eliminated, at Mrs. Eddy's
request! Tell me that wasn't a Mother who knew precisely when to
push her offspring out of the nest! Whereas, her so-called
successive boards of fraudulently complexioned directors have
completely abandoned Mrs. Eddy's divinely inspired and executed for
the Church of Christ, Scientist, here upon earth!

The Church's currently complexioned board of five moral idiots are
betrayers through and through! However, even a betrayer has to eke
out a living, come hell or high water! On a scale of 1 to 10, as
church ecclesiastics they'd rate a "1". As bank robbers, frauds
and con artists, they're a hands down "10" !
