G'day!

Love the app. Having an issue with one small part.

I have an older canon printer connected directly to a PC that runs 24/7.

I have a mixture of apple and android devices on my network.

Because of Apple's f%$ktard-ery I have to run a AirPrint/Bonjour server on my PC in order to print from the apple devices without having to send the print request in an email around the world.

This works really well for the apple devices and is even more stable than a Bonjour enabled router.

The printer on my PC is obviously shared and for some reason I have been unable to remove the requirement for a username and password to other users on the network.. With the apple devices when I first print using the AirPrint it asks me for the username and password of the windows profile then works like a charm.

Let's Print Droid (LPD) finds the printer over the network through the AirPrint/Bonjour server perfectly and sets it all up well.

Unfortunately, LPD doesn't ask me for the username or password instead when I try and print just returns the errors
(for test print page): Print FAILED Could not connect to printer. java.io.IOException: BufferedOutputStream is closed

(Normal printing error): Print FAILED Could not connect to printer. java.io.IOException: IPP POST Failed; HTTP response code 426 ::426 - Upgrade Required

Ie it has never asked me for the username and password and therefore isnt' getting permission to connect and send job...

Any ideas?? I don't really want to run a second print server but I will if it will solve the issue. I figure Android will have more change of coming around to AirPrint/bonjour than the other way around..

Cheers for any ideas or help with using your app on my android devices!
