QR codes on printer sheet are cropped and won't scan

We're having a problem with about the bottom 1/4" or so of the QR codes being cropped off on the printer sheet when it's printed. When I try to scan them to add a printer by QR code, they of course don't work. This is happening on both a Xerox ColorQube 8570dn, and a Dell 5100cn. I've looked at the LPDQR.png file, and they are cropped there as well. We can do the manual setup, but would be great for the codes to work.
