Alternative paper size (e.g. 85mm) for thermal printer for POS-setup

I'm building up a POS setup with a tablet running PrintDroid and an EPSON-TM20-II thermal roll printer hangin on a CUPS server.

I'm struggling to get the tablet having the small paper format (85x297mm) for the paper roll.

I tried modifing the ppd-file on the cups server, but the browser on the tablet still keeps showing letter and A4.

Any idea how I can have this changed?
