1. Registration: Charming will work with Jay, Else and Shuzhan's friend to sort this out. Alex will post on mitbbs to seek help as well.

2. Co-leader: Lao Luo is voted by members to lead this project together with Alex. Lao Luo will establish a qq group for our project.

3. We will start to design logo and promotional materials for organization soon, stay tuned.

Hi Lao Luo,

 

Thanks so much for your effort. This is a great start. We will need a few more buttons on the main page such as "donate", "programs" and so on. But this can wait until we have more marketing material as well as a permanent domain name (unless that we decide letshelpchina as our organization's name then we do not need to change it)

 

I'll follow up with the others on the business plan as soon as I have some time.

For the organization's name, I suggest going with "Let's Help China". It is a beautiful slogan and well explains our mission.

My misunderstanding. Sorry. But a permanent domain name has not yet been decided, as I understand.
