The quick build weekend

Come along to our family friendly day to help build the 50 raised garden beds that households can lease for $20 per month.  Be a part of building Tauranga's first allotment style garden and get a free lunch!

Bring Your Own wheelbarrow and shovel

Before 12pm midday we are looking for donations of materials for the garden beds including vege food scraps, horse poo, lawn clippings, vermicast, newspaper, straw, seaweed or compost.  Anything that will enhance the no-dig garden system.

Parking will be available on Ngatai Rd.  If you need to park on-site contact Joel on 0276870975

PRAYER MEETING THIS SUNDAY

11:30pm - 12:30pm

Come and join us after church for a on-site prayer and intersession at the Otumoetai Railway Reserve.

 

 
WISHLIST
1.   Newspaper or clean cardboard for base layer in garden beds
2.   4 L plastic bottles for seedling protectors
3.   Wheelbarrow, rakes, robust tools such as shovels and spades
4.   Seeds, catalouges, gardening goodies for the gardeners buckets
5.   Seedlings, cuttings that would be suitable to plant out the communal garden in September
6.   Sponsors to 'Adopt a Plot'  or sponsor a plot for a 3, 6 months or 1 year.  See
