Hi everyone,

I'm thinking we need a lunchtime meeting early this week to clarify whats happening this Saturday.

I suggest Tuesday 12.30 downtown somewhere so that Kim can be there. What do you think? We need to work on a workshop calendar, media releases, format of the celebration etc ....

Some of the gardeners are also asking for another meeting this Wed night so I have put that on the board for 5.30pm Wed.... that will be talking more about logistics, food, 'entertainment' and parking etc.
