Jitsi plugin for Let's Chat

Let's Chat appears to be a very straight forward chat/conference application without the bloat that so many other applications contain.  It is almost perfect for my project.  If it had a plugin to connect to a jitsi server it would be perfect.  Is there such a plugin or documentation for me to create a jitsi plugin for Let's Chat?
