Ontwo model printer (ricoh NRG MP 5001 and ricoh NRG MP 171) we have the problem on printing graphics in SAPSCRIPT , for example the company logo ( bitmap loaded by se78 ) is not printed in the correct position but printed moved down incorrectly !!! so after many test , loading drivers PCL5 on this two printer model solve the problem in sap but we have to load driver pcl5 on the print server and this is a problem for us , this create problem in other sap print for example abap list printing . we want to use PCL6 driver.
