" Default penis model used by WickedWhims (and most of the alternatives) requires extended skin color textures (called skin tones) which are overridden by the mod itself. Any other mod that overrides skin tones may conflict with WickedWhims if it doesn't extend the texture space. If the penis on a Sim is displayed as black or partially black, this means that you have conflicting or unsupported skin tones mod installed. Custom skin tones that don't support the extended texture space will cause issues as well. "
What is happening inside the game is that when i press on the wardrobe and change to naked i have the wrong penis color. But if i press Wicked and nature -> Completely undress yourself) then the color is correct. Also if i go inside CAS. In CAS if i go to underwear and select the soft and hard penis also in CAS they are the wrong color.
Do you have any idea what i can do to try and fix it? Or what might be causing this?

I downloaded and unzip both .rar files and put them just exactly as it's said by Noir, but I can't see or find them either in CAS menu and penis settings during game... I'm currently running the version 1.25 of the game and the latest WW version

So as you can see this does remove quite few options from the original (well not really remove as those are still in the file but now hidden, still, you get what I mean right?) You get much nicer and more detailed penis for that price but lose a lot of customization options.
This Sims 4 module is focused on the advantages and disadvantages of having a Big Dick, Big Black Cock, or Small Dick. The goal is to implement all of the features of the abandoned "Big Dick/Big Black Cock Traits" mod and include some new features, encounters, events, and minor inconveniences (aka "problems") for large penis Sims.
Having a large dick has many advantages including providing self confidence, visible bulges that might attract partners, and possibly provide greater sexual satisfaction to their partners. And of course, there's those who prefer, seek out, or exclusively date those with large dicks. But there's also "problems" unique to having a large penis. An example of a "problem" is large penises might touch the inside of the toilet bowl when the Sim is sitting on a toilet. This "problem" is one of the minor inconveniences included in the mod, providing a +1 Uncomfortable buff when this occurs (5% chance). When the term "big dick problem" is used in this context, it refers to minor inconveniences experienced by Sims with large penises.
DNA Traits: There are DNA traits associated with each of the three main traits. The "DNA traits" provide "Generations" style gameplay by allowing the traits to be inherited by offspring. By using the DNA traits, your world will continue to be populated with large and small penises and can contribute to your own in-game lore. For example, if Geoffrey and Malcolm Landgraab were given the Small Dick DNA traits, then the traits will get passed down to Landgraab decedents (even 3, 6, or 10 generations later).
Customizing NPC Dicks: You can populate your world with small, normal, and large penis sizes by randomly distributing traits to all non-played Sims (NPCs). There are two default menu choices providing randomization chances of 7.75% and 15%. Additionally, the percentages can be user specified via a console command. Since it is very difficult to accurately determine the skin tone for Sims (due to CC skin details/overlays), only Big Dick and Small Dick traits are used in the random distribution (and not Big Black Cocks). However, you can manually change (or add/remove) traits for any Sim after randomization has finished. Additionally, if you prefer to have the randomization use Big Black Cock and Small Dick traits, you can run a custom randomization process via a console command. The Sims that receive traits from the randomization process will have their WickedWhims soft and hard penis personalization changed to the appropriate CC mesh.
There are four main traits: Big Dick, Big Black Cock, Small Dick, and Size Queen. The Big Dick, Big Black Cock, and Small Dick traits are mutually exclusive. Besides the names and icons, there's no gameplay difference between Big Dick and Big Black Cock traits (however, you can set different WickedWhims penis personalizations per each trait).
Following these instructions will create a ".config" file in the mod directory. If ANY Sim has one of the three traits (BD, BBC,or SD), then they will be reassigned the WickedWhims penis stored in the config file. This means that once you create the config file, any future BD/BBC/SD Sims will have their WickedWhims penis personalization automatically applied.
