Join Maksim and me to watch Transcendence, which is a movie about transcendence, a topic dear to most lesswrongians' hearts. So dear, in fact, that we are willing to take an action that would under normal circumstances get us shunned by other lesswrongian, get us expelled from lesswrongian circles: we do not perform a Bayesian update on evidence.

We meet at 17:30 in front of the UGC Ciné-Cité les Halles, the address is:

Forum des Halles, niveau - 3, place de la Rotonde, Paris

This should be not far from Châtelet.

The movie starts at 18:00 and is in English with French subtitles.
