I was just wondering if Mark Ruijter is still around, I noticed it's been 3 years since the last code update. I know someone who was trying to find a contact for him.Thanks.

Hi All,
The old website is indeed down and it was outdated as well.
When I find time I will replace it with something new.
Btier development is really slow due to several other things that I am working on.
I am working on porting the code to more recent kernels but the work progresses slowly due to a lack of time.
Btier users who are running production have been asking for it.
I just uploaded btier-2.1.0 on sourceforge which will support 4.4 kernels.
It was tested on SuSE SLES12 SP2.
QA was limited and someone should run extensive tests on it before concluding it is production ready!
Very recent kernels (>4.9?) removed support for a hash that btier uses to generate the device uuid, and I still need to find time to rewrite that code section.
Anyone who would like to assist with maintaining or improving the code is of course encouraged to do so.
Thanks,
Mark Ruijter
