Contact your credit card company and ask them to cancel your card and to block/remove roku from charging your account. Or you can go to your bank and cancel your charge cards, block/remove roku and get new cards issued. Or start believing that nothing is really free. Even if it says so.
Hi I keep on getting call and text messages from a fraudulent company claiming to be affiliated with roku and asking me to pay for premium service or my service will be interrupted unless I pay them money. I even changed my password on my roku account. I spoke yesterday afternoon to an scam artist who claimed that they worked for roku and I told them that I was going to report them to the authorities and to the federal trade commission. I just got another text some time ago today and I keep on deleting their text and blocking them what can I do to stop them from harassing me almost every day
When I bought my roku everything was free except certain stations that you had to pay for I had so many movies now they have locked me out of my roku and put me in guess mode because they want me to pay a fee every month for something that they told me was free. Since the people have been working from home everybody is trying to scam you for some money That is so wrong I will never buy another roku NOTHING
