Recommendation: We highly recommend that most Windows users (unless you are advanced) download a driver update tool like DriverDoc [Download DriverDoc - Product by Solvusoft] to help update your TVS Electronics Keyboard drivers. This tool does all of the work for you by downloading and updating your TVS-E CHAMP drivers automatically, preventing you from installing the wrong drivers for your operating system version.
Downloading the correct drivers for a TVS-E CHAMP-related hardware device can be difficult because of the lack of sources, and difficulties locating them on the official TVS Electronics website. Even if you have the expertise, finding, downloading, and updating TVS-E CHAMP drivers can still be a tedious and messy process. You can only make your problems worse if you install the wrong driver for your hardware.
Using a driver upgrade application can allow drivers to update without difficulty. An advanced driver update tool guarantees that you have all new driver versions, confirms that updates are compatible, and provides a backup of your current drivers. You are assured that you can rollback to the earlier edition if you encounter some trouble with your driver.
To get the latest driver, including Windows 11 drivers, you can choose from the above list of most popular TVS downloads. Click the "Download driver" button next to the matching model name. After you complete your download, move on to Step 2.
If your driver is not listed and you know the model name or number of your TVS device, you can use it to search our driver archive for your TVS device model. Simply type the model name and/or number into the search box and click the Search button. You may see different versions in the results. Choose the best match for your PC and operating system.
Once you download your new driver, then you need to install it. To install a driver in Windows, you will need to use a built-in utility called Device Manager. It allows you to see all of the devices recognized by your system, and the drivers associated with them.
If you are having trouble installing your driver, you should use the Driver Update Utility for TVS. It is a software utility that automatically finds, downloads and installs the right driver for your system. You can even backup your drivers before making any changes, and revert back in case there were any problems. You can safely update all of your drivers in just a few clicks. Once you download and run the utility, it will scan for out-of-date or missing drivers:
I just upgraded my laptop from 18.04.5 to 20.04 and my keyboard and mouse have stopped working. The keyboard works in BIOS and when entering my password for cryptsetup but as soon as it's all fully loaded up, the mouse and keyboard stop working.I've tried using the terminal/command line to enter sudo alt-get install xserver-xorg-input-all as suggested on a few sites. This has not helped at all!Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm completely lost without my laptop!!Thanks in advance.
Right! Have found a workaround. Have access to GNU GRUB menu as i have dual boot with windows. From There if i select 'advanced options' instead of the default and boot from Linux 5.4.0-42-generic i have access to all keyboard and trackpad features.
I have solved the keyboard problem in a different way: on a HP laptop with ubuntu 20.04 i had an external (USB) keyboard, and also a USB mouse. All integrated and external keyboards and mouse were working for long time. One day i connected another device (a monitor) to a USB port, apparently after that the external keyboard stopped working while the external mouse kept working. I tried two solutions in this page ("/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-intel_vbtn.conf" and "slow keys") but did not solve the problem. I swapped the USB ports for keyboard and mouse, restarted the computer, and everything started to work fine again
Microsoft has begun rolling out a new update for its Xbox consoles and Xbox Windows app, and the latest software builds bring new features that's been in testing, like keyboard mapping for some Xbox controllers, as well as an experimental addition.
Designed as an accessibility feature, keyboard mapping is currently supported on Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 and the Xbox Adaptive Controller. It has been in testing since August via Xbox Insiders, but now, all Xbox players are gaining the ability to use the feature.

Ok, this is really starting to * me off as Ive lost many games because of this. I start a game with my controller already plugged in, but for some reason the game doesnt register it and decides to only acknowledge my keyboard. I do not know how to play with a keyboard and I have no idea how to change it to controller in-game. I pause and go to settings and try to go everywhere to no avail. I disable my mouse, I unplug it, nothing works.
Is there a way to either completely disable the mouse and keyboard option or is there something I can do to switch it back in forth in game?
(I know in offline mode, I can just go to switch sides and change my controllers there, but thats not available online)
P.S: The controller works fine, when I pause I can move around the menu with it, I can go to the settings with both the controller and the mouse/Keyboard, but once I leave the pause menu, only my keyboard works.
Hello,
You need to start the match ( find the match or start single player, accept sides, kits all of that) with controller not with the mouse or keyboard. Do not press enter or left mouse button. Hope it helps
I actually figured it out. You have to go to switch sides than there will be 2 icons. One with controller and another with keyboard and mouse. Just switch the positions. There should be an arrow indictions on both icons. Hope this helps.
I attempted to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2017. The install process failed and the Kaspersky install app claimed to back out changes it had made up to that point. However, my keyboard and touchpad no longer worked. Looking on the HP website, I found instructions for restoring the keyboard drivers. I went to Device Manager, Viewed hidden devices, expanded Keyboards, uninstalled each driver listed under Keyboards, then Restarted my laptop. The keyboard still did not work so i went back into Device Manager to look at the drivers under Keyboards again. This time two have yellow triangle indicators with an "!" - HID Keyboard Device and Standard PS/2 Keyboard. When I right-click on each of thes and view the properties, I see the messages:
So far I tried to install the keyboard drivers but the install failed. I am now in the process of backing up my data to an external drive and locating the sources for addition software that I use. Once I complete that and can be sure I won't need access to any files or my browser for a couple days, I will follow the instructions you provided to restore my system.
Thank you so much for providing such clear instructions. I am just sorry that the keyboard driver install didn't work, but I am very hopeful that I will be able to restore my system by following the instructions you gave me. I will give you an update on my progress in a few days.
Unfortunately just loading the keyboard and mouse drivers did not work. Kaspersky acknowledged that they have a problem for which they do not have a good solution. Their tech support tried working with me to create a rescue disk and boot from that in order to repair the problems their software had caused on my laptop. The end result was that I not only couldn't use my keyboard nd mouse but I lost all network and internet access!
I finally bit the bullet and followed the instructions you sent to restore my system to its original state - worked like a champ and didn't take near as long as I had imagined. Then I quickly reloaded my other software and I am mow "back in business". Thank you so much for the help and the detailed steps!
