There is a new book on data-driven parenting:   Cribsheet: A Data-Driven Guide to Better, More Relaxed Parenting, from Birth to Preschool.  Similar to Parenting with Reason that was published a decade ago, but Cribsheet is getting a lot more attention and sales.

New York Times has a new evidence-based parenting web site: https://parenting.nytimes.com/  but remember that every new research paper does not have true conclusions just because it is evidence-based.
