Ive created a few custom templates that I would like to make a button for the team to create relevant pages from those templates. However my custom templates do not show up in the template list on the Create from Template Macro pop up.

Hi everyone, I am practicing on Copilot Studio, but when I get to this step of Create New Topic using the function "Create from description with Copilot" nothing happens on my end. When I selected this function, the screen stayed still and did not pop up the input screen. I have tried to switch to different browsers but nothing changed.

$ kopia repository connect from-config Connect to repository in the provided configuration fileFlag Short Default Help --cache-directory Cache directory --[no-]check-for-updates true Periodically check for Kopia updates on GitHub...

That was what I was trying to get at, the connect option (which was what I needed) seemed to require a token with --config-file until I discarded that and used the --file option, then it stopped complaining about token related stuff and relied only on the actual config file.

I have created a button that is using the macro "create from template". However when that button is clicked, it takes me to the "All Updates" page for my space rather than creating a new page from the template I picked when creating the button. Am I missing something obvious?

The interesting thing is that I have 4 "create from template" macros on the page, 2 work perfectly and 2 do not work at all. Here is a screenshot of one that works perfectly - from what I can tell the setup is the same:

@Jonathan Smith I just tried your suggestion - pointing the non-working button to one of the templates that is currently being used in the working button & I still see the same results. I also created brand new templates that are super simple (just a blank page and a tag) and that also did not work. I've re-created the macro from scratch and still nothing. I'm completely at a loss for this one. :(

@Sydney Loy Delete the non working button, create a new one (lower on the page), point it to a new (simple) template to confirm it works. If so, move it up to your desired spot and point to the desired template.

The first thing you might be thinking is: That's a lot of postcodes! In fact, there is a mark in this map view for every single 4-digit postcode in Australia, and each of those marks has an aggregation for SUM of Sales. If you're looking for sales information for every single postcode in Australia, than this is the view for you.

However, you might not want to analyze every individual location in your map view. Instead you might have your own areas, regions, or territories that you want to analyze as a whole. For example, maybe your organization splits Australia into five different sales territories, and you want to analyze the total sales for each of them.

From the Data pane, drag the newly created group field to Detail on the Marks card. Next, to make each territory appear as a single mark, you must also remove the related geographic field(s) from the view.

In this example, there are five groups within the Post Code & Country (group) field, so five territories appear on the map. Aggregations, such as SUM (Sales), are computed at the level of the territory, rather than separately for each location within the territory.

The only other hint I see is that there's an empty drop-down for "PRDM-R00000728-A", but I don't appear to have anything to fill that box. And searching for PRDM in the add-ins window turns up nothing.

Hm... I have a few different RobotStudio versions installed. My 2019.3 is installed to c:\Program Files (x86)\ABB\RobotStudio 2019\, but there's no "MediaPool" folder in that directory tree. However, under c:\Program Files (x86)\ABB Industrial IT\Robotics IT\ there is a MediaPool directory, alongside the directories RobotLoad and RobotStudio 6.08. Would this be the correct MediaPool directory for RS 2019, or does 2019 use a different directory structure than 6.x?

This robot has SafeMove and FlexVision, and only the normal 6-axis arm -- no external axes or other extra motion units. The only other options appear to be ProfiNet and DeviceNet(?!), but DN isn't being used anywhere AFAICT.

The old one was a folder which you have to copy to the mediapool, the new one is a compressed file that you have to install from RobotStudio addin tab. In the old system was possible to copy the folder from inside robot flash, in the new one it's not possible. And also with the old one it was possible to change files inside, the new one is checked against tampering.

I was certain that the name prdm was not strange to me. It's the ifwc, a framework used in Ford powertrain plants. I have it here, but for copyright issues I can't share it here, so you have to ask your customer or ABB US about it.

Yes, the PRDM is for IFWC. There are many versions of it, so try to get the one that matches, or get as many versions as you can to find a match. I have some if you can tell me which version you need.

I am afraid that I do not have revisions that high, sorry. If you have a good plant controls person, they might have it. Or try ABB, they have it set up as a package with its own installer, should put everything where it needs to be.

You can create a template from an existing repository. Anyone with access to the template repository can create a new repository based on the template with the same directory structure, branches, and files. For more information about creation of a repository template, see "Creating a template repository."

You can choose to include the directory structure and files from only the default branch of the template repository or to include all branches. Branches created from a template have unrelated histories, which means you cannot create pull requests or merge between the branches.

This goal reads your source and resource files, the values ofits parameters, and properties you specify in a.property file, and uses them to create a Mavenarchetype project using the maven-archetype packaging. If you buildthe resulting project, it will create the archetype. You can thenuse this archetype to create new projects that resemble theoriginal.

The maven-archetype-plugin uses Velocity to expand templatefiles, and this documentation talks about 'Velocity Properties',which are values substituted into Velocity templates. See TheVelocity User's Guide for more information.

Note that you may need to edit the results of this goal. Thisgoal has no way to exclude unwanted files, or add copyright noticesto the Velocity templates, or add more complex elements to thearchetype metadata file.

Custom properties allow you to replace some constant values inthe project's files with Velocity macro references. When a usergenerates a project from your archetype he or she gets theopportunity to replace the value from the source project.

In the Create Names from Selection dialog box, select the checkbox (es) depending on the location of your row/column header. If you have only a header row at the top of the table, then just select Top row. Suppose you have a top row and left column header, then select Top row and Left column options, and so on.

Also, if your goal is to get the process as streamlined and as error-free as possible, you might want to see what we have to offer with Adaxes in terms of user onboarding/offboarding automation . I believe it can make your life a lot easier with condition-based automation rules, especially if you have a big flow of users.

As a decent sized school district with a high migrant population we had hundreds of new and departing students a month, and processed over a thousand each year at the beginning of school. Everything fed out of our student record system, using first name and randomized numbers for usernames, then into a fairly complex set of scripts which built the account, set the password, set their groups (based on building and classes), created and linked their Office 365 account, licensed them, etc. HUGE time saver over the copy method!

In the past, there was an option within Survey123 Connect to create a new survey based on other existing published surveys within your organization. It was different from the option to create from a Feature Service, in that it pulled the exact XLS form and configuration from that survey, instead of just creating a generic template of questions based on the data field types. This was incredibly helpful for IT/admins for troubleshooting purposes, because it allowed you to create a copy of other users' surveys and test solutions or workarounds without editing the originals.

I recently upgraded Survey123 Connect to v3.17.55 and see that this option is no longer there (can't remember what version I was on before, now). Under Organization, it now only has the 'Feature services' option.

Is this intentional? Are there any plans to bring this option back? Perhaps user error? I see the workaround could be to use the 'File' option and upload a copy of their xlsx, but the extra steps of guiding the user to locate and send over that file is a pretty inconvenient back step in functionality when the option was there in the past. Below is an image of the current options in 3.17.55.

If you need to submit data to the copy and want to keep things separate from the original layer, just open up the settings tab of the XLS file and remove the submission URL. When you go to publish the copy, it will create a new layer.

The issue is copying surveys from another user within the organization, not one of my own forms. So the 'Save As' isn't an option in this case, as you can't see other user's survey forms within Connect.

Well, if you have access to the form to see it at least, you can use /sharing/rest/content/items//data to download the package that includes the XLS file, and you'd be able to push a new form out from that.
