In June of 2019, I upgraded my quiver to a TightSpot 5-arrow quiver. After using the TightSpot quiver for a full hunting season, here are my favorite features of this incredibly well designed and constructed quiver.
High-performance and highly affordable Maxxis quivers are perfect for the backcountry or the treestand. A hard-locking, no-nonsense, quick-detach mounting system prevents noisy rattling and quiver vibration while hiking or shooting and also makes it quick and easy to remove the quiver for travel or when in the treestand. All-weather, multi-diameter grippers secure large and small diameter arrows tightly in place and all-purpose hood foam protects both fixed-blade and expandable broadheads.
Just a Suggestion me and my friend love this game, I use the bow and arrows while he's up close with melee and shield. The issue is the arrow system. What if you can craft a quiver that takes an armor slot for throwables or something? Have it start out at 50 or 100 instead of 20, can be upgradeable to hold more. This would be a cool feature and very useful, as I'm always low on inventory space due to holding so many arrows. I also would like to see if there was an auto arrow retrieval system, where you walk over it and it picks them up. Having to pick every single one up by its self is annoying and tedious and sometimes i cant even pick them up because if something or someone walks over it some times they go flying, or get stuck under the map. What if after after shooting them the ones that are stuck in the enemy can be collected into a group to where you can pick up most of them with one click. Overall this game is awesome and I cant wait for what's to come next. Great job and thank you for giving me something new and fun to play that's NOT a Battle Royale!!!!
I really vibe with the idea of a quiver to keep arrows from taking up inventory space! Id say having the first version hold 1-2 stacks of a single type then making the upgradable version allow you to hold multiple arrow types and more stacks.
The low profile, ultralight Sawtooth Quiver from Trophy Taker is built for silent stalking in harsh conditions and treetop still hunting in tight spaces. A twist-lock bracket makes removal from the bow a snap, and the durable hanging cord ensures no clanking on a tree hook. Double grippers ensure arrows stay where you put them until go-time!
I decided to solve this retrieving the positions of the arrow tips, deleting them and repaint them with fill (like Deve suggested). I noticed that I can tell fill that one polygon ends and the next begins through inserting NaN values (thats also the way the original arrow tips are drawn, as you can see inspecting the original XData). Doing so I lost the possibility to influence the color of the objects and they didnt get filled. As a work-around I painted the new arrow-tips in a loop - I know there might be a better way to do it, so I am happy about any addition.
At a lightweight 4.75-ounces, our 3-Arrow Instant Detach Quivers features an ultra-durable spine, and a unique, flexible rubber loop, allowing you to silently hang the quiver while in your treestand.
The Power Loc 4 Arrow Quiver is ultralight and ultra-compact. Alpine continues to use a variation of the very effective rubber mount that isolates noise and vibration between the bow riser, mounting bracket, and quiver.
Firstly, one of the mods installed has caused all sheathed swords to be across the back instead of at the hip, that wouldn't bother me except that my character still grabs the sword from his hip and looks a little weird.
Secondly, for some reason my arrow quiver is horizontal across the back of my characters belt area, like where the bolts are supposed to be from memory not to sure though. its kinda bugging me and i dont know what mod is causing it.
If you had a problem, please post what options did not work for you, so I can look it over. As for the wizard.txt, there is nothing that jumps out at me as being wrong with it, but those things can be quite finicky.
This gives you the chance to brighten the mood around camp with some fresh grouse meat, or even to occasionally send an arrow at a stump or other inanimate target during the hunt to make sure you (and your bow) are still perfectly dialed.
This is tough to answer in a blanket statement since there are so many different types and styles of hunting out there. Standard quiver capacities these days range from 4-7 arrows, and which one is right for you will depend on a number of factors.
The Soft Loc Quiver features dual-guide rails and a patented mounting system. The rubber mounting bracket reduces felt vibrations, acting as a practical dampener increasing the shot experience. Quick-detach features allow the quiver to be instantly removed when it counts. Great with mechanical broadheads and standard broadheads up to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Two-stage, precut layered foam accommodates both mechanical and fixed blade broadheads. Common practice is to use two foam layers with fixed blades in order to cover the entire broadhead, leaving no exposed edges. Simply remove the first layer as single layer foam is best used with mechanical broadheads to avoid crushing blade bands and collars.
As traditional bowhunters, most of us like to have a blunt- or Judo-tipped arrow with us when we go afield. Piggy Backers have a clip on both sides, so two of them can be used to attach an extra arrow to one of the arrows in the quiver. However, I have never liked having something clipped onto a hunting arrow. If I need that arrow, I would have to deal with the extra arrow while trying to put the Piggy Backers somewhere without dropping them. The method I have been using is simple and convenient, with a combination of two great products: a Great Northern adjustable quiver and Selway Piggy Backers.
By slightly altering the Piggy Backers, I have a full quiver of broadhead arrows and a judo point arrow outside of my quiver. For this project you will need a razor knife, a cordless drill or drill press with a very small drill bit, the quiver and two Piggy Backers.
This is a great tip! I had to go home and do this one right away! I like not only having the extra space for a broadhead tipped arrow in the quiver hood but with the piggy backers on the wire instead of an arrow shaft, it seems I can wrap it around further between the quiver and the bow where it is less obtrusive. Thanks for this tip!!
With added Harmonic Damping in both the newly designed body and the new HD SpiderClaw this quiver reduces sound intensity by 55%*. It easily converts to right or left-handed mounts and adjusts vertically to accommodate longer arrows.
This quiver is a must have on any Mathews you decide on. Super quiet to take on and off and is as rock solid as they come. The quality just like everything else this company makes is top of the line. I shoot rage broadheads and this quiver accepts them easily.
The Ramcat Ultra-Lite Arrow Quiver offers a design any bowhunter can appreciate. With an ultra-lite design, the quiver features a rubber-lined hood for a quiet, secure arrow transport. The Ultra-Lite quiver is compatible with micro-diameter arrows and wide-range of broadheads.
