Hello all,

Any of you would like some free ginseng plants? Read below and contact JK directly:

JK has ordered ginseng seeds from United Plant Savers. The plant is being over-harvested and needs people to plant them - soon!!! She has plenty to share. Contact via text at 917-648-4514 

Instructions: Plant now, just let it take hold and it will flower spring to summer. Read up on the harvesting part. I was just asking an herbalist on Sunday about harvesting rhizomes like elecampane and roots without hurting the rest of the plants. My priority is just to keep these guys going but yes, let’s learn.

Meanwhile - they need to be kept moist, get planted asap, covered with nice dirt esp acidic preferably understory of some trees, and have leaves or straw for the winter.
