Second LES Food Co-op meeting 12 Jan 2010

Hello all,

Thank you again for supporting a food co-op in the Lower East Side.

Our next meeting is set for Tuesday 12 January 2010 at 7:30 pm at 197 E. Broadway. All are welcomed to attend. (Note the time is one hour later than the previous meeting.)

Representatives from the Park Slope Food Co-op and the East 4th Street Co-op are slated to attend and one or two other co-ops may send a delegate, as well. They will discuss their history, development and models and offer their suggestions, so we can best think about how to move forward.

Thanks again to Danny Rosenthal and Dana Weissman at the Educational Alliance for the meeting space and the flyer (see attached).

The short-term solutions committee is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 5 Jan 2010 at 6:30pm at the same location. The long-term steering committee will be arranging a date for the week following the 12th.

Just a reminder about this meeting: Tuesday 12 January 2010 at 7:30pm.
