***INVITATION***
The thirteenth edition of the International Symposium on Image, Video and Communications (ISIVC 2026) will take place on 20-22 May 2026 in Beni Mellal, Morocco.
This edition under the theme: “Beyond the Visible: AI-Powered Multimedia Processing and Communication Beyond Limits", explores the latest advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) applied to all forms of multimedia data, including images, video, audio, text, and multimodal interactions.
The ISIVC 2026 is a special edition dedicated to the memory of Professor Driss Aboutajdine, one of the founding pioneers and a key contributor to ISIVC. Professor Aboutajdine played a fundamental role in shaping the fields of signal processing and multimedia communications. His scientific contributions, leadership, and unwavering dedication have left a lasting impact on the research community.
The “Mellali” banquet will be one of the major highlights of the ISIVC 2026, a social and cultural event offering participants an immersion in the history, culture and hospitality of Beni Mellal, fostering informal exchanges and the creation of new collaborations in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Save the date and get ready to take part in this highly anticipated scientific event.
The ISIVC 2026 organizing committee is excited to invite you to attend the symposium and very confident to receive your high-quality papers.
Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this symposium. All Accepted and presented in the symposium will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, SCOPUS, DBLP as well as other Abstracting and Indexing databases.

We invite submissions of original papers on a wide range of topics, structured around the following tracks:

𝙏𝒓𝙖𝒄𝙠 2: CIVP: Computer Image and Video Processing
𝑻𝙧𝒂𝙘𝒌 3: DCN: Digital Communications and Networking
𝙏𝒓𝙖𝒄𝙠 4: DSA: Data Science and Application
We welcome original papers that are unpublished and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
***SUBMISSION GUIDELINES***
-- All submissions should be written in English.
-- Authors are invited to submit full-length papers of no more than 6 pages including results, figures and references respecting IEEE format.
-- Proposals should be submitted via the submission platform: : https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ISIVC2026 by the deadline extended to 8th January 𝟐𝟎𝟐6.
-- All papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed by the scientific committee based on their originality, relevance, and academic quality.
