I rode the Tunnel Hill Perm today. 140 miles. 90 of which is crushed limestone. Today - wet/soft crushed limestone. It rained all day making the trail soft. In the words of Tonto in Lone Ranger Episode 11 "Flood on the Santa Fe Trail", "Wet trail no fun, ke mo sah be." Still, I peeled 20 mins off of my last time which peeled almost an hour off of the previous time. The Tunnel Hill Trail Perm will make you think twice about a "flat" perm.

That's awesome Miles! I notice you've been getting rides done faster since you got the dynamo hub. Even on soft limestone. Maybe that Hummer - I mean Surly isn't slowing you down so much after all.
