[LEPL] 4.0.1 Release

I didn't announce 4.0 here (I was trying to do a slow, progressive release, in
case there were bugs, but still managed to get 50 downloads after posting it
on PyPi!), but 4.0.1 is now out, with a small fix for left-recursive,
whitespace-sensitive grammars.
